Make the cycling vote count on 22 May!

There are important local Lambeth Borough Council elections on 22 May 2014.

Are you registered to vote? Do you know your ward? For electoral administration purposes Lambeth is split into 21 wards each with a population of around 13,000. Each ward elects three councillors. To find which ward you live in, and your current councillors, enter your postcode on in the Elections and council section of the Lambeth website www.lambeth.gov.uk.

Register to vote by 6 May 2014 If you have recently moved or are not sure whether you are registered to vote it is worth contacting the council’s electoral services section to check - call them on 020 7927 2254/ email electoralservices@lambeth.gov.uk.

 To take part in the 2014 elections you must register to vote by 6 May 2014 – download and return the registration form at www.lambeth.gov.uk/sites/default/files/ec-voter-registration-form.pdf. It is worth checking if your family members, flat mates and friends are registered to vote too – any EU or Commonwealth citizen can register and vote in the local elections.
