Two new cycle superhighways launched

Two new Transport for London cycle superhighways were launched today.

The two routes, linking Bow to Aldwych and Wandsworth to Westminster offer clear easy to follow routes into central London. The two new routes join CS 3 and CS 7 launched in July 2010.

Future cycle superhighways
Over the next few years more cycle superhighways are set to be launched by Transport for London until London has a network of 12 superhighways. The next routes to be launched are
Opening 2013
CS5 Lewisham to Victoria
CS9 Hounslow to Hyde Park
CS11 West Hampstead to Marylebone
CS12 Muswell Hill to Angel

Open by 2015
CS1 Tottenham to the City
CS4 Woolwich to London Bridge
CS6 Penge to the City
CS10 Park Royal to Hyde Park
